Dive in to explore the 10.32 release updates!
1. Billable vs. Non-Billable Surgeries with Enhanced Permissions
a. Surgeries can now be classified as Billable or Non-Billable in Surgery Settings. This enhancement helps accurately distinguish between physical (billable) and virtual (non-billable) surgeries, ensuring correct billing.
- The info banner now displays the count of billable surgeries for better visibility.
- Surgeries now have separate permissions for Add, Edit, and Delete actions.
Note: The billing process will continue as it currently does. Our team will reach out to you before the billable surgeries configuration begins to impact your billing. |
2. Print Future Appointments for Patients and All Linked Members
- You can now print a patient’s future appointments, including those of any linked family members from the Global Print menu.
3. Enhanced Diary Filter Behaviour
- When accessing the Diary via 'View in Diary' from Online Appointments or 'Find Slot', the temporary custom diary filter will now apply only to that session. Once you leave the Diary, it is cleared, and your previous filter is restored, ensuring a consistent and predictable view.
4. New Right-Click Option: View the Patient’s Inbox
- With the new View Inbox option, users can access a patient’s inbox straight from the Appointment menu, skipping the Patient Overview and reviewing past communications without leaving the Diary.
5. Family Inclusion in Appointment Slide-out
a. Family members are now included in the linked members section of the appointment slide-out.
- Click Link Members to view linked family members and their next appointment.
6. Lab Cases Linkage Retained During Rescheduling & Clipboard Actions
- When an appointment is rescheduled whether through the Reschedule Queue or Clipboard, linked lab cases are automatically preserved, preventing any loss of lab case associations during scheduling changes.
1. Easily Print BPE Records
- Now you can quickly print patient BPE recordings from the Global Print menu.
2. Recall List Now Shows Only Active Clinicians
- While adding Recalls, the clinician dropdown now displays only the list of active clinicians.
3. Treatment Plan Print Updated to Exclude Completed Codes
- With this update if the Show Completed Items option is disabled in the Location Level Print Settings, both service-completed and charged-out codes are excluded from the Treatment Plan Presentation & Print Out.
1. All New NHS Claims for Referral Pathways
1.1. Referring Out
a. We have introduced the categorisation Referral for Advanced Mandatory Services as an NHS Tx Category.
- Users can now add Procedure Codes to denote NHS Refer Out, by using the new NHS TX Category in NHS Setup.
b. To Refer Out a patient for advanced mandatory services as per NHS guidelines, a treatment with the corresponding category can be added to the treatment plan.
c. The Patient Payable for the plan will include the payable for the referral treatment but the UDA for the treatment will not be included in the claim for the referral treatment.
1.2. Referring In
a. The receiving practice can mark the Treatment as Referral from the three-dot menu against the Treatment Plan by selecting ‘Mark as NHS Referral’. Once marked as an NHS referral, the patient payable automatically becomes £0.
2. Submit Incomplete Treatments in NHS Claims
a. Clinicians can now submit incomplete treatments for NHS Claims. If a treatment is partially completed but the patient does not return, the claim can indicate the service was not fully completed.
- When submitting a claim, clinicians can select the Band for the Incomplete Course of Treatment.
Note:
- Patient Payable will be corresponding to the highest band of the Completed Treatment.
-
Band claimed for Incomplete CoT specifies the band to be claimed since this Course of Treatment is submitted as Incomplete.
- The band you select from the drop-down will set the UDA and Band for that claim, which is sent to the NHS.
- This updates in real-time in the top right of the Claim Submission form.
1. Download Invoices in the Financials Section of the Patient Portal
- All Invoices generated are now available for the patient to download in the Patient Portal under the renamed Financials section (formerly Payments).
2. Standardised Forms and Letters with Better Spacing Options
a. For improving the documentation standards of a practice, we have updated the line spacing options for Letters and Forms, providing a cleaner, gap free document formatting.
- Enter Key moves the cursor to a new line without adding extra spacing.
- Shift + Enter moves the cursor to the new line and inserts paragraph breaks.
- Line Height to control spacing between lines (recommended ≥1.1).
1. Bulk Update Contact Information for Family Members
- When updating a patient’s mobile, address, or email, you can now also choose which family member to apply the changes to.
1. Now Send Treatment Reports for Incoming Referrals
a. Users can perform the following actions from the patient level rather than navigating to the Referral Hub:
- View the accepted referral entry by accessing the new Incoming section in a patient’s Referrals page.
- Clinicians can communicate with referral clinicians by Sending a Treatment Report of the incoming referral.
- Enable View/Create Tx Report in Referral Hub permissions to utilise the functionality.
2. Introducing Rego Referral Integration
a. We have added support for referring patients directly via Rego from the Clinical → Referrals.
- Practices can configure and activate a Rego API key under Services for each location, enabling the Refer via Rego option.
- Enable Create/Edit Refer-Outs in Refer Out permissions to utilise the functionality.
1. All-New Radiographs Audit Report
a. Introducing the Radiographs Audit Report, a simple way to track your radiograph quality.
- Get a quick summary of accepted vs. not accepted audits, group results by location or user, and explore detailed audit info including dates, grades, justifications, and patient details.
- With minimal filters and a single-view report ready in seconds, this lets you keep your radiograph audits organised.
