- Select the patient using the Global Search Bar.
- Click Chart.
Add BPE Recording
- Click on the BPE option on the right side of the Tx Plan section.
- Click Record New BPE.
- Enter the BPE value, which can be a maximum of 4.
- You can also use Keyboard Shortcuts to indicate certain conditions, such as
- B for Bleeding
- F for Furcation
- Double-click on the same keyboard shortcut to remove the condition.
| Tip: You can use X in case there is no Perio Score to capture. |
- You can also select and set reminders by clicking Reminder after.
- The reminder can be set for a maximum of 6 months.
- Add any related Note if necessary.
| Note: You can add notes up to 250 characters. |
- Click Save.
View & Print BPE
- Once you enter the values and conditions, the BPE can be seen under the BPE Recordings.
- You can edit the BPE using the Edit icon.
- To remove the BPE, click on the Bin icon.
| Note: The BPE due can be viewed on the right end of the BPE recording section. For any newly created or edited BPEs, the most recent charting will be displayed first. |
To Print the BPE:
- Click the + Print quick link on the top.
On the Global Print menu that opens,
- Select the time period and check the BPE Recordings box.
- Click Print to print the BPE record.
