Generate Radiograph Audit Report
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Operational Reports under Insights.
Click the + icon on the left or the Generate Report button on the right for the Radiograph Audit report.

Generation/Download Criteria
Due to data volume, reports with more than 5 Treatment Locations and a date range greater than 12 Months cannot be generated/downloaded.
Result
The radiograph Audit Report consists of 2 parts: A Summary section and a Details section.
The Summary section gives you an overview of the total radiograph Audits performed and their acceptance. You can also group the Summary Table by Location/Taken By/Developed By.
The Details section lists all the individual radiograph Audits that have been performed in the selected period.

Permissions
If users in your practice cannot use this report, please ensure that the relevant permissions are enabled.
To enable Permissions for the Radiograph Audit Report:
- Navigate to System Menu > Practice Settings > Administration > Profiles.
- Click Manage Permissions on the intended profile.
- Select Insights.
- Checkmark Generate Radiograph Audit Report under Operational Reports to enable the permission.
- Click Save.
