CareStack’s 10.18 Release showcases an exciting array of new features, including valuable UI updates and more. These refinements aim to optimise workflows, allowing practices to complete tasks more efficiently and save time.
Major highlights include the new 'Double Booking' feature, which allows multiple appointments in a single time slot, along with enhanced functionalities for 'Quick Plan,' 'Quick Chart,' and updates to the 'Implant Tracker.' Together, these improvements will simplify workflows and boost user clarity. We’re also delighted to introduce the ability to restore emails in the Communication Hub, in addition to the categorisation of conditions in Medical History Forms.
Get ready for more! We are introducing 'Notifications’, designed to keep you in the loop with real-time alerts and a dedicated notification drawer. But that’s not all – Presenting the ‘Procedures Report,’ tailored to provide practices with real-time data on procedure code statuses and related specifics.
Read on to discover and maximise the potential of these features to amplify your practice’s efficiency.

2. Quick Plan
We are introducing revised labels like ‘Next’ and ‘Done’ to help users track their workflow progress. When users select Quick Plan to add a treatment plan, the label ‘Next’ will prompt them to choose the tooth or surface for the respective codes. Once they have made their selections, the label ‘Done’ will appear to confirm that the task is complete. Here’s more:
- Codes that do not require a tooth or surface selection will be added automatically.
- Users can also assign specific characters for the Bridge and Crown Draw Types.
