The Communication Hub serves as a central location for practices to monitor all patient communications such as emails, texts, and phone calls. This feature allows users to track missed calls, manage emails, and send messages or emails to patients.
Managing the accumulating emails in the Communication Hub is essential. Users can readily archive or delete emails as needed. If users accidentally delete or archive emails, they can easily restore them to their inbox.
Note: Any actions taken in the email inbox outside of CareStack will not sync automatically with CareStack and will need to be repeated within CareStack.
