The Procedures Report is used to view procedure code statuses and other details like several Unscheduled/Scheduled codes, the fee details associated with the code, etc. This report can be used to track the list of Unscheduled/Scheduled codes and can also be used to track the list of codes that were changed to a code status on the selected time range. This report shows real-time data and is available in two views - Summary View and Detail View.

The Summary View shows the number of all codes that had a status change in the selected date range against their current status. The summary view shows the number of codes in their specified code status(es) grouped under three groups - Scheduled (linked) to an appointment, Unscheduled, and Total (sum of Scheduled and Unscheduled).
The Detail View shows the details of each code under the patient name which is added to the Treatment Clinician, Treatment Location, Schedule Status, Appointment Date (if scheduled), and Fee Details.

Generate Procedures Report
To run the report, perform the steps below.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Operational Reports.
- Click on the '+' icon or Generate Report button on the Procedures row.
- Select the desired Filter Criteria such as the Date Range, Clinician, Code, Current Status, etc.
- Click Generate Report.

Summary View
Let's take a look at the filters available to generate the report in Summary View.
- Date Range (Max 1 year): Generate a report based on your preferred date range. Select a maximum of up to 1 year. By default, the date range will be for the current day.
- Location: The treatment location of the listed procedure code.
- Clinician Type: Select the Clinician type, whether a dentist, hygienist, or in-house Clinician.
- Clinician: The treatment clinician of the listed procedure code.
- Status Last Changed To: The last status the procedure code was changed to within the selected time range.
- Current Status: The current status of the procedure code.
- Code: The number of procedure codes in this status.
- Patient Flag: Select this option to focus the report only on patients that have the selected patient flag associated with their profile.
- Patient: The name of the patient that has this procedure code in their treatment plan.
- Fee: Standard fees for the procedure code. You can set include fees equal to, more than, less than, etc.
Detail View
Let's take a look at the filters available to generate the report in Detail View.

- Columns: Select the required columns for the Detail View report.

Summary View
- You can view the Procedures, Patients, and Fees for Scheduled and Unscheduled Codes. The Grand Total column shows the total sum values for scheduled and unscheduled codes.
Detail View
- In this view, you can view all selected Columns and Fees for each Patient in the selected Date Range.
