1. Rescheduling with ‘Find New Time’
a. Mid-conversation with a patient who just cancelled an appointment? The new Find New Time option allows you to filter and view the next available slots, making it easy to offer alternatives on the spot.
1. Quick Access to ‘Add to Clipboard’ for Appointments
a. We have moved the Add to Clipboard next to the Appointment name; no need to open the three-dot menu anymore. This makes adding Treatment Codes to the clipboard quicker.
- Clicking on the visual indicator
delinks the Appointment from the Clipboard.
2. Clinical Notes Got a New Tab
a. Accessing clinical notes just got easier! The Notes tab now has its own dedicated, collapsible section with no more clicking through the History tab.
3. Automatic Removal of Terminated Procedure Codes
a. Terminated Procedure Codes will not appear in the Quick Action Menu when hovering over the tooth on the Chart. Similarly, terminated codes will be excluded from the list of treatments in the Configure Quick Action Menu.
4. Perio Chart Adjusts by Odontogram Dentition
a. The Perio Chart now adjusts based on the selected Odontogram Dentition, regardless of the Date of Birth.
5. Filter Treatment Plan Board by Location(s)
a. Treatment plans on the Treatment Plan Board can now be filtered by Location. The filtered results will appear when you Print or Download as CSV.
1. Add or Edit Custom Specialities
a. Users can now add or edit custom specialities, allowing dental clinicians to refer patients to non-dental Referral Clinicians such as ENT, Chiropractors and more.
- The added custom speciality gets listed at the end of the dropdown with the Custom label.
1. Improved NHS Claim Integrity using DCPs
a. A valid GDC-enlisted DCP (Dental Care Professional) who has performed or assisted on a treatment can now be added on NHS claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- During NHS Claim submission, Dental Therapist, Dental Hygienist, and Clinical Dental Technician specialities can be chosen as clinician or DCP (assisting) while Orthodontic Therapist, Dental Technician, and Dental Nurse specialities can be chosen as DCP (assisting) only.
1. Share Report Filters with Other Users
a. Introducing a faster way to collaborate! You can now share your saved Report Filters with other users in just a few clicks.
- Share Filters directly with specific users or with all users tied to a profile, helping to standardise reporting across your team.
- That’s not all! Use the ‘Share’ option to generate a view-only shareable link that captures your current filter settings; perfect for quick diagnostics or templates to start on.
2. Two New Operational Reports
a. We have introduced the all new Production and Collection Report and Revenue Reconciliation Report.
3. Advance Payments View in Income Allocation Report
a. New Advance Payments View added to the Income Allocation Report to simplify reconciliation of advance payments against clinicians and enhance payroll accuracy.
- Users can now track Advance Payments in the Income Allocation Report and drill down to view individual transactions. These can be grouped by Receipt, Clinician or Location, allowing practices to perform in-depth analysis and ensure data accuracy.
1. Treatment Plan Layout: Appointment and Plan Totals
a. With this update, any Completed and Planned Codes Totals will be displayed separately in the Treatment Plan Print/Presentation. The updated layout will be available on the Patient Portal and in Office Mode.
2. Acknowledgement Text for Online Appointment Booking
a. We have removed the consent checkbox and added an acknowledgement statement: 'I understand my details will be used to manage my appointment'. Plus, patients can Book an Appointment with the phone number optional. This ensures our compliance with GDPR.
3. Patient Consent for Marketing Emails
a. When entering or updating a patient’s email, the subscription to receive Marketing Emails is unchecked by default and must be manually enabled after obtaining the patient’s explicit consent.
1. Help Articles for Online Appointments
a. The Online Appointments Settings now include help articles on the right-hand side for easier access to relevant guidance.
