This update introduces the ‘No Show or Cancelled’ feature in the Reschedule Queue, allowing the front office to prioritise bookings and tailor communications during the rescheduling process. Plus, with the Compressed View, you can view all appointments for a day or week at a glance.
We are also rolling out Scorecards, enabling dental practices to track and evaluate key performance indicators over specific reporting periods. On the Patient Engagement front, our Reputation Management tool will aid in shaping and maintaining how your practice is perceived. Additionally, practices can now utilise Appointment Templates for Email/Text, to streamline communication with patients by quickly crafting messages using pre-built templates.

1. No Show or Cancelled Appointments in Reschedule Queue
We are introducing a 'Status' column in the Reschedule queue to aid practices effectively manage appointments by clearly identifying those marked as ‘No Show’ or ‘Cancelled’
.
2. Compressed View to See White Spaces for a Block
We’re thrilled to unveil our new Compressed View feature, which allows you to visualise all appointments for an entire day or week in a single view. This tool allows you to easily identify available slots and manage bookings with the following advantages:
- Drag-to-Adjust: Simply click and drag to modify the view.
- Procedure/Clinician Details: Hover over the procedure for the date and details.
- Blocked Slots Info: Hover to reveal the clinician and duration of blocked slots.
- Extended Hours: Easily book appointments during extended working hours.
- Book Appointments: Click on the white space to book available slots.

1. Scorecards
Presenting the Scorecards feature, an analytic tool designed to help practices track and measure key performance indicators. This tool allows you to create scorecards to assess performance across locations, clinicians, and more, based on your selected metrics. With these comparisons, you can easily identify performance trends and take corrective actions as needed.

To expedite the manual process of sending appointment related messages to patients via email or text, we have implemented a quick link feature to bring up the appointment date, time, and other important details.
