Dive into the 10.29 release updates!
1. Easily Identify Patient Reschedules and Cancellations
a. Cancellation and No-Show counts are now retained even if you reschedule the appointments, making it easier to review a patient's previous appointment history.
b. We have added a new Previous Reschedules label in the cancellation modal. Now you can see how many times a patient has rescheduled before.
c. You can also find this information in the Patient's Appointments page.
2. Enhanced Short Call List Export Capacity
- The Short Call List Export limit is now increased from 100 to 5000 rows.
1. Cancel Invalid Claims & Hover for Claim Status Info
a. You can now Cancel Claims in Invalid Status right from the three-dot menu.
- This is applicable for invalid claims that you wish to mark as resolved (if you have already submitted another claim instead) or archived (if you wish to prevent the ‘invalid’ claim status from being retained).
b. Hover over any option in the Claim Status filter to see its description.
1. Improved Address Field Labels
a. To keep up with the times and stay in line with UK standards, we have updated the Address field labels for better clarity when adding or editing patients details: ‘City’ is now ‘Town/City’, and ‘Post Town’ is now ‘County’, with corresponding counties to choose from.
b. You will find these field label updates reflected throughout the system, including the Patient Portal, Office Mode and Online Appointment Booking.
2. Forms & Letters Now Show Added Location for Consistency
- Previously, in multi-location practices, Forms and Letters displayed the user’s login location in the PMS and the patient’s default location in the Patient Portal. Now, the location where the form or letter was added will only be shown, ensuring consistent branding and quick links across all access points.
3. Modified Communication Preferences in the Patient Portal
a. Consent checkboxes for communication preferences have been restructured. Previously grouped together, they are now separated into:
- Operational Communications (Text, Voice, & Email)
- Marketing & Promotional Updates
1. Text Medium Now Available for Forms Reminder Campaigns
- Forms Reminder Campaigns now support SMS in addition to email, improving visibility and patient engagement while reducing the chances of missed reminders. Click ‘Add Text’ to get started.
2. Campaigns Now Powered with Opportunity Miner
a. You can now build more targeted and data-driven campaigns using Opportunity Miner. This enhancement applies to Automated Recall and Promotional Campaigns that previously relied on basic patient list filters to define recipients.
- Easily create refined patient lists based on recall status, treatment history, insurance behavior, and more, thereby helping your team run high-impact reactivation and marketing campaigns.
- Existing campaigns will continue to function, with no additional action required from your end.
1. Task Manager Streamlined for Smarter Productivity
Flags in Tasks
a. Categorise Tasks better with customisable flags. Now you can create flags specific to your practice, like ‘Treatment Plan Follow-up’,'TLC' or 'Outstanding Balance Follow-up,' to better organise your work.
b. Want to add a custom flag? Head over to the Task Settings. You will find the Flags grid there, and you can quickly search flags by label, description, or status.
c. When you are creating or editing a task, just use the new 'Flags' field to add up to 5 flags. You can now filter tasks based on flags for quick retrieval, and even save them directly to your task templates for future use.
Assign Tasks to User Groups
a. Now, you can assign tasks more efficiently by creating User Groups from existing users. This means your practice can assign tasks to a group at once. Just head to your Task Settings to get started.
- The ‘Assign To’ field now supports User Groups, not just individual users.
b. Introducing two new assignment options:
- Assign one shared task requiring completion by any one assignee.
- Assign individual tasks requiring action from each selected user.
Permissions in Task Settings
- We have added permissions to manage Add, Edit, or Delete actions for Task Settings, including Templates, Flags, and User Groups.
2. Download List of All Users
- The Users grid in Practice Settings now includes a Download option, allowing users to export the full user list with details to a CSV format.
1. IP Restrictions Now Support Both IPv4 and IPv6 Formats
- We have expanded IP Restrictions to support both IPv4 and IPv6 Formats. You can now assign IPv6 addresses as the allowed addresses while setting up IP restrictions. See the 'View Supported Formats' for more information.
