1. Diary
a. The Diary now auto-scrolls to the earliest appointment or block slot during extended hours, thereby eliminating manual scrolling through empty slots.
1. X-Ray Audits
a. Users can now categorise procedure codes as X-Ray Code Type.
When an X-Ray is selected as Code Type, fields such as Effective Date, Termination Date, Appointment Length, Draw Type, and NHS will be automatically hidden.
Use the Code Type filter to view the X-Ray items.
b. Easily locate the X-Ray Codes and configure the associated Fee.
c. When an X-ray code is added to a treatment plan or under miscellaneous codes, an X-Ray Audits icon will appear, allowing you to add X-Ray Audits.
Clicking the X-Ray Audits icon lets users create a detailed X-ray audit entry, including: Date, Grade, Justification, Taken by, Developed by and Notes.
- If Audit entries exist for a code, they’ll be listed and updated dynamically as entries are added or removed.
- Users can also Edit or Delete audit records at any time.
- The same functionality is available for miscellaneous codes.
2. Continuation Treatments (NHS)
a. We have introduced the ‘Mark as Continuation’ option to mark the treatment as a continuation of a previous treatment. Once done, the fee and band will be calculated as per the NHS guidelines.
On submitting the claim, it will be marked as a Continuation treatment.
3. New Perio Probing Direction
a. Introduced a new Probing Direction that allows to capture the perio chart from right to left in the following order: upper buccal, upper palatal, lower palatal and lower buccal.
1. Online Appointments
a. Introduced a customisable Patient Booking Workflow for both new and existing patients.
You can now independently configure direct booking or appointment request settings for new versus existing patients, including allowing new patients to request appointments and existing patients to book directly.
b. Introduced the ability to configure different Deposit Fees for the same appointment reason for different locations.
Deposit fees now display dynamically on the Online Appointment Portal, reflecting the configured fee for the selected location and appointment reason.
1. Payment Plan Reminder Campaigns
a. Introduced two new Payment Reminder Campaigns to notify patients enrolled in payment plans with timely, automated reminders about upcoming installment due dates or overdue payments.
