The Recalls List feature in CareStack provides users with a comprehensive list of pending recalls, including unscheduled or overdue appointments. It is essential for effectively managing follow-up visits and ensuring that patients are consistently reminded to schedule their necessary treatments.

Perform the following steps to access the Recalls List:
- Navigate to Lists on the left-hand side panel of the Dashboard.
- Click Recalls.
- You will find the list of recalls on the grid.
- You can filter the Recalls List by clicking on:
- All Patients
- Active Patients
- Inactive Patients
- Use the Filters on the grid to narrow down the Recalls.
The filter options include the following:
- Patient: Select the Search option to find all recalls related to the patient using the Patient Name.
- Due Date: Find the Patient list or Recalls related to a patient using a Date Range.
- Mobile: Select the Search option to find all recalls related to patients using Phone Numbers.
- Recall Name: Search to find all patients with the desired Recall Name.
- Production Type: Search to find all patients by their Production Type.
- Location: Select the filter to find all patients related recalls by Location.
- Clinician: Select the filter to find all patients-related recalls by Clinician.

Clinician Type: Select the filter to find all recalls related to the patients using Clinician Type and click Apply.
- You can find the following Clinician Type options.

Hygienist
In-House
- You can find the following Clinician Type options.

Status: Select the filter to find all patients-related recalls by Recall Status. You can find three types of Recall Status:
- Unscheduled
- Overdue
- Broken
- Select the desired status and click Apply.
- Click the Generate Recall Report hyperlink on the top left to open the Recall Breakdown Report page in a new tab.
- You can generate the Recalls Breakdown Report by selecting the suitable filter criteria.
- To get back to the Recalls List, click Total Recalls.
To mark the status as Do Not Recall, under the recall section in the Patient Overview.
- Select the patient and click the Patient Overview quick link.
- Hover over Appts. (Appointments).
- Click on Recalls.
- Under Manage Recalls, select the three dotted menu at the end of the row.
- Click Mark as 'Do Not Recall'.
- Once completed, the Recall status of the particular recall will be marked as Do Not Recall.
- With Patient Memo, you can manage your recalls effectively.
- Click View Pat.Memo (Patient Memo).
- You can add the observation or add information to the memo.
- Click Save
- You can also print the recall list, by clicking the Print icon.
- You can download the recall list in both PDF and CSV.
- You can also send well-tailored communication via the Send Message.
- It can be either Text or Email.
