The Recalls Breakdown Report provides a summary view of recalls by status based on the due date. It helps track a Clinician’s effectiveness in managing patient recalls and identifies the recall performance of each location. This report displays real-time data.

Let's get started!
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Operational Reports under Insights.
- Click the + icon on the left or the Generate Report button on the right for the chosen report.

The Recalls Breakdown Report provides a high-level overview and allows you to drill down further into the values through an actionable list.
Let us explore the filters:

Choose to focus the report on recalls due within the selected date range. *By default, MTD is selected. |

Choose to group the report either by Location, Clinician, or both. * By default, the report is grouped by both Location and Clinician. |
| 3 | Location | Choose to focus the report on selected locations. |
| 4 | Clinician | Choose to focus the report on selected Clinicians. |
| 5 | Clinician Type | Choose to focus the report on a specific Clinician type. |
| 6 | Recall Code | Choose to focus the report on specific recall codes. |
| 7 | Patient Flag | Choose to focus the report based on the patients with the selected patient flags. |
Once you have selected the desired filters, click on the Generate button to generate your on-screen report or Download Report As button to download your report.
Generation/Download Criteria
- Due to data volume, reports with more than 10 Treatment Locations or a date range exceeding 3 Months will not be generated on-screen.
- Reports meeting these criteria will be accessible in the Scheduled Downloads section.

- Due Date by Month: The month the recall is due.
- Location: The location against which the recall has been assigned.
- Clinician: The Clinician against which the recall has been assigned.
- Clinician Type: The Clinician type of the Clinician against which the recall has been assigned.
- Total Recalls: The total number of recalls tagged against the location/Clinicians.
- Scheduled: The number of recalls which are in 'Scheduled' status.
- Unscheduled: The number of recalls which are in 'Unscheduled' status.
- Overdue: The number of recalls that are in 'Overdue' status.
- Do Not Recall: The number of recalls that are in 'Do Not Recall' status.
- Broken: The number of recalls that are in 'Broken' status.

To enable permissions for the Recalls Breakdown Report:
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Administration > Profiles.
- Click Manage Permissions for the intended profile.
- Select Insights.
- Click the toggle for Generate Recalls Breakdown Report under Operational Reports to enable the permission.
- Click Save.
