Right-Click on the Appointment Tile
As you right-click on the appointment block, it will open the Appointment Right-Click Menu, which will display the following details:
- Change Status: Shows the system-defined appointment statuses first, followed by the custom appointment statuses.
- Appointment Details: Opens the appointment details modal.
- Cut Appt. (Appointment): Used to cut the appointment.
- Copy Appt. (Appointment): Used to copy the appointment.
- Move to Clipboard: To move the appointment to the clipboard.
- Patient Overview: Navigate to the patient overview page.
- View All Appointments: Navigate to the patient's appointment page.
- View Dental Chart: Navigate to the charting page.
- View Inbox: View the patient’s message inbox.
- View Account Summary: Navigate to the Advanced Planner page.
- View Memo: Opens the patient memo slide-out.
- View Documents: Opens the patient documents slide-out.
- Email/SMS: Opens the send email/text modal.
- Text to Pay: Opens the text to pay modal.
- View Clinical Summary: Opens the patient Clinical Summary slide-out.
- Send Review Request: Opens the Send Manual Review Request slide-out.
- Send Survey: Opens the Send Survey slide-out.
Hover Behaviour on an Appointment Tile
Once an appointment is booked, it is displayed as a block on the Diary. Hovering over the appointment block will display the following details:
- Patient Name
- Patient ID
- DOB, Age
- Contact Info
- Payor
- Last Med. Hx. (Medical History)
- Referral Sources
- Appointment Details
- Clinician
- Production Type
- Appointment Notes
- Outstanding Balances
- Appointment Created Date and Last Modified Information
