The Communication Usage Analytics feature makes tracking email, text, and voice message usage easier and more precise. Conveniently accessible from the top bar next to Notifications, it provides a comprehensive view of communication activity and billing, keeping you informed and in control.
To access the Communication Usage Analytics,
Click the Communication Usage Analytics
icon on the top bar.
The Communication Usage Analytics popover appears with the following information:
- Channel: The medium used for communication, such as Email, Text, or Voice message.
- Free Units Used: View how many messages have been sent compared to your free or included limits.
- Additional Units Used: This metric reflects both the cost and the total count of messages that exceeded the predetermined free usage limits.
