It is designed for easy navigation and quick reference, providing practices with immediate insights into the patient.

Types of Information Shown on Patient Top Cards
- Name: The patient's first name and surname.
- Image: The patient's image.
- Patient ID: The patient's ID number.
- DOB: The patient's date of birth.
- Age: The patient's age in years and months.
- Gender: The patient's gender.
- Active Status: An indicator to show if the patient is active or not.
- Driving Licence Number: If the patient has a DL, its official ID number can be shown here.
- Mobile & Email of the Patient: The patient's mobile number and email. Click the Call button to directly call the patient.
- Patient Flags: Labels that can be attached to a patient's account to quickly identify important information about them.
- Clinical Summary: Click on this button to open the patient's Clinical Summary.
- Pending Recalls: A warning indicator that shows recalls that are pending for the patient.
- Overdue: You can see the Overdue date. Click on this hyperlink to start scheduling.
- Linked Account Members: You can view the number of members linked to the patient's account. Click on this button to view more details.
- Primary and Secondary Dental: Information about the primary and secondary dental insurance plans of the patient.
- Number of Recalls Pending: View the number of pending recalls along with the Date and Code/Production Type. You can also click on Book, which will take you to the scheduling action.
- Location: The clinician's location.
- Clinician Name: Name of the patient's clinician.
- Total Patient Balance: The sum of the Total Aging Balance and Contracted Balance.
- Patient Unapplied Credits: Usable and refundable patient credits that have not yet been applied to any specific dues on the patient's account.
- Last Appointment & Next Appointment: As the name suggests, this shows the last appointment and the upcoming appointment date of the patient.
- Patient Financial Notes: You can view the number of patient financial notes. Click on it to view more details.
- Active Payment Plans: You can view the number of active payment plans of the patient. Click on it to navigate to the Payment Plans page.
