The Patient Flag is visible wherever there is a patient summary (on the patient's search result in the global search bar, on the appointment summary in the Diary, and on the patient's profile). Patient Flags are useful for excluding certain accounts with that label from receiving a patient engagement campaign, or when generating a statement; you can also use it as a filter when running your reports.
