With Booking Notes, you can access booking information associated with a patient's appointment within the patient tracker. This functionality will allow you to effectively communicate with the patient about their next steps and schedule follow-up appointments as instructed by the Clinician.

Add a Booking Note
To add a booking note, perform the steps below:
- Select the patient using the Global Patient Search Bar.
- Select Clinical > Chart.
- Click +1 to Add New Treatment Plan.
- Add the Treatment code to the Odontogram Chart. To learn more about adding treatment codes, click here.
- Ensure to navigate to Phase 1.
- Click the Pencil icon on the extreme right to Add Booking Note.
- Within the Booking Note, add necessary information related to the Booking.
- Click Add Note.

View a Booking Note
To view booking notes, perform the steps below.
- Click on the Patient Tracker icon.
- Locate the intended appointment within the tracker grid.
- You can find the Booking Notes on the extreme right end.
- Select Booking Notes to view the note.
Access Treatment Plan from Booking Notes
You can also access the Treatment Plan from Booking Notes.
- Open Patient Tracker.
- Click Booking Notes.
- Click Phase 1.
- You will be navigated to the related Treatment Plan.
Schedule from Booking Notes
You can schedule an appointment through booking notes from the Patient Tracker.
- Click Booking Notes.
- Click Schedule this Phase.
- You will be redirected to the Diary.
- Click and drag on the Diary to open the appointment slide-out.
- In the Appointment slide-out, enter the necessary information.
- Click Book Appointment.
