Edit an Existing Membership Plan
Perform the steps below to edit an existing membership plan.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Membership Plans.
- Select the Plans tab.
- Click Edit on the intended plan.
- Click Edit on the Edit Plan modal to proceed.
- You can only edit two settings on an Active/Live Membership Plan.
Add an Additional Location
- On the Basic Information step, choose the desired Locations from the Locations dropdown.
- Select the required location from the drop-down.
Add an Additional Billing Cycle
- On the Pricing step, click + Add Another Billing Cycle.
- Enter Billing Cycle, Membership Fee, and Discounted Member Fee.
- If you need to change other areas of a plan, the only option is to deactivate the old plan, create a new plan, and sign up manually with the new information.
- You can create a new plan from scratch or click Copy & Customise to reuse information from an existing plan.
Deactivate an Existing Membership Plan
To terminate a plan, perform the steps below.
- Navigate to Plans > Active Plans.
- Click Deactivate on the intended membership plan.
- Click Deactivate Plan on the confirmation modal.
When you deactivate a plan, the after-effects are explained below:
- You can no longer sign up a patient on that plan.
- Existing patients on that plan will ride out their benefits for their plan term (1 year from when they signed up for that plan).
- If they were on auto-renewal, their auto-renewal will automatically turn off since no new subscriptions can be added to a terminated plan.

Note: If you accidentally Deactivate a plan, navigate to and select the Inactive Plans tab on the top. The plan you terminated will appear under this section. Go ahead and click Activate on that terminated plan.
