A scorecard in CareStack is a feature that allows dental practices to track and measure performance indicators for different report focus types over a specific period.
To generate a scorecard, perform the steps below.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Scorecards.
- Click the '+' icon on the required scorecard on the left.
- Click + Add Scorecard on the required scorecard on the right-hand side.
- Under General Settings, enter details such as Name, Description, Date Range, Report Focus, and Service Type(s).
- Click on any of the Metrics to select them.
- Under Selected Metrics, click and drag the metrics to rearrange their order if needed.
- Click Save.
- A toast notification will appear on the top right stating, 'Scorecard has been added successfully'.
- Click on the Scorecard type to collapse the accordion.
- The scorecard you created will be displayed in the list.
- Click Generate to run the scorecard and view it.
- You can also click Download to export it to your system.
Note: You can hover over the 'i' icon to view information on the scorecard such as the Description and the owner of the scorecard. |
- The information once generated will be displayed as shown below.
- Here you can enter a custom Date Range and Location to run it again.
- Click Generate or Download as required once entered.
