Generate Refer out Report
To run the report, perform the steps below:
- Navigate to System Menu > select Operational Reports.
- Click the Refer Out or + icon.
- Click Generate Report.
- Select either Create New or Select Existing.
- Select the desired Filter Criteria such as Date Range, Location, Referred By, Referred To, Referral Clinician, Referred to Speciality, Patient Flag, Patient, Columns etc.
- Select Generate Report.

Let's walk you through a few significant fields of the Select Filter Criteria segment.
- Date Range*: Generate Refer Out data based on your selected date range. Select a maximum of up to 3 months. By default, the date range will be for the current day.
- Location*: Select this option to focus the report on patients who were Referred-Out from the selected location(s). By default, the location will be the user’s default location.
- Referred By: Select this option to focus the report on Refer-Outs generated by the selected in-house Clinician(s).
- Referral To: Select this option to focus your report on Refer-Outs made to the selected recipient.
- Referral Clinician: Select this option to focus your report on Refer-Outs made to the selected referral Clinician(s).
- Referred to Speciality: Select this option to focus your report based on the Speciality of the referral Clinician.
- Patient Flag: Select this option to focus the report only on patients that have the selected patient flag associated with their profile. Leave the option All to find Refer Outs for all patients, regardless of their flags.
- Patient: Select this option to focus the report only on the selected patients.
- Columns*: Please choose the columns you would like to see in the report. By default, all the columns will be selected.
- Users can further drill-down the data in the generated Refer Out report.
