The Lab Case Report is used to identify patients with pending lab cases and enable tracking of cases that are due or overdue. This is a real-time report with a maximum date range of 1 year, and it can be filtered based on Creation Date, Appointment Date, Sent Date, Due Date, or Received Date.
Generate Lab Case Report
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Operational Reports under Insights.
- Click the '+' icon of Lab Case on the left or click Generate Report on the right.
Select the filter criteria based on which the report should be generated:
- Date As: The report can be filtered based on the lab case created date, the date of appointment linked to the lab case, the lab case sent date, the due date, and the received date.
- Date Range: A maximum of 1 year.
- Clinician: Lab cases tagged against specific clinicians.
- Location: The location where the lab case is processed.
- Lab: Filter based on specific labs that handle the case.
- Group By: whether the report should be grouped based on Lab, Location, or Clinician.
- Patient Flag: To filter patients with specific labels/flags upon the requirement.
- Patient: To filter the report based on specific patients.
- Click Generate Report.

- Once generated, you can view all the selected filters under different columns on the report.
Note: The report can be downloaded as PDF, CSV, or EXCEL files. Click Download As option on the top-right. This is a useful report for efficiently tracking Lab Cases. |
