Let’s see how to mark a user as a clinician in CareStack.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Administration > Users.
- Click View for the intended user in the Users grid.
- In the User Details slide-out that appears, select the Clinician Details tab.
- Click Edit to proceed.
Select Yes for Mark this user a clinician, then complete the following fields:
- Short Name: Enter a short name to display where space is limited.
- Speciality: Select from the dropdown.
- Credentials: Enter the clinician’s credentials.
- Prescriber No.: Enter the prescriber’s number.
- Max. no. of Concurrent Appointments: Select a value from the dropdown (maximum 20).
- Colour: Choose the colour that will represent the clinician in the diary.
- GDC Number: Enter the clinician's GDC number.
- If the clinician is an NHS performer choose Yes. Learn how to set up and use Clinician for NHS claims submission.
- Once done, click Save.
- Read the warning message in the modal, then click Yes to proceed.
