Let's check out how to communicate with patients directly over IRIS. Let's get started!
Perform the steps below.
- Click on the Office Chat button from the home page to open IRIS.
- This will take you directly to the IRIS page.
- Search for the patient details using the Search bar and find the intended patient.
- You can find the recent chats with patients below to continue the conversation.
- Enter the desired message.
To add an image,
- Click on the Image icon.
| Tip: You can add up to 10 images in a text message. |
- Select the image and click Open.
- To remove the attached image, click on the Bin icon on the image thumbnail.
To add an emoji,
- Click on the emoji icon.
- Select the required emoji.
- Click Send to send the message.
- The patient will receive your messages via text on their phone.
- You will also find additional information regarding campaigns over IRIS.
