The Clinical Chart displays the patient’s Odontogram where each condition or procedure code added to an individual tooth can be differentiated based on the precedence order.

Method 1
- Search for the patient using the Global Patient Search Bar.
- Click Chart.
Method 2
- Right-click on the patient’s Appointment from the Diary.
- Click View Dental Chart.
Method 3
- Select the patient on the Global Patient Search Bar.
- On the Patient Overview page, click on the Clinical Chart quick link.
Method 4
- Select the patient on the Global Patient Search Bar.
- On the Patient Overview page, click Clinical > Chart.

- Select the patient on the Global Patient Search Bar.
- Click Menu on the left.
- Click General Charting.
