To begin, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Reputation Management > Dashboard.
Let’s explore the different metrics:
Rating Distribution
- Track your average rating, overall review count, and star distribution across Google and CareStack.
Platform-Wise Reviews
- Use this section to analyse your review performance on CareStack versus Google.
Reviews with CareStack
- Here, you can view your total number of Reviews Received and the current Average Rating since the launch of the new Reputation Management feature.
Reviews & Ratings Over Time
- Use the date range selector on the top right to view a graph of your Average Ratings and total No. of Ratings.
- You can choose to view reviews and ratings from the last 7 days, 14 days, 1 month, 6 months, WTD (week to date), MTD (month to date), and YTD (year to date).
- On the right, track your Total Request Sent and Total Reviews Received, plus track the Sent vs. Clicked for both Email and Text Review Requests.
Location-Wise Reviews Received
- This section tracks review counts for each location.
- Hover over the blue bars to view the rating distribution per location.
