- Navigate to the System Menu > select Patient Engagement under Operations.
- Click the Configuration(Config) tab.
- Click Edit.
Here, you can configure the settings for Text Messages in Patient Engagement.
- Configure the following settings as preferred.
- Send message only during: Set the hours in which the messages will be sent.
- Do not send messages on: Checkmark the preferred checkboxes to exclude messages on Saturday and Sunday.
- Click Save.
