Patient Payment Plans are accessible both from within the patient's CareStack profile and from other areas outside the profile. Lets see some of the touchpoints to view the existing payment plans.

Method 1: From Patient's Profile
- Search for the intended patient using the Global Search Bar.
- Click on the Payment quick link.
On the Payments slide-out, click on the Payment Plans tab. Here you can view,
- Active Payment Plans and Completed/Terminated Plans.
- The Show Active Payment Plans with Signature Pending and Show Active Payment Plans with Failed/Overdue Transactions Only checkboxes to filter the list of payment plans further.
- Uncheck the Hide Terminated Plans checkbox to reveal terminated payment plans.
- Left-click on the payment plan you wish to open to see the payment plan details.
Method 2: From the Payment Plan Control Center
All the patient payment plans in a practice’s live environment can be tracked from the Payment Plan Control Center within the Patient Payments section.
To access this:
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Patient Payments under Billing.
- Choose Payment Plan Control Center to view all the payment plans in the system along with the overall payment details in the system.
We can toggle between the Active Payment Plans and the Completed/Terminated payment plans.
- On the Active Payment Plans, we can use filters to display Show All Active Plans, or Show Active Plans with Failed/Overdue Transactions Only, or Show Active Plans with Signature Pending.
- On the Completed/Terminated payment plans, we can use filters to Hide Terminated Plans.
- Clicking on a desired payment plan, a Payment Plan slide-out will appear, which will reveal detailed information and allow you to take action.
